I have a WordPress site. I am trying to build my email list. Since I can't afford paid services like Awaber, mail chimp and the likes, I am currently using Jetpack's free services.

What I am looking for is good FREE optin plugin that would pop-up or pop-under when a new viewer visits my site and possibly turn that person into a subscriber. Unfortunately for now I don't have a budget for paid services.

Does anyone here have some suggestions?

Approximately how many emails are on your list? Some of those services offer free options for up to a certain volume per month.

Bloom is one good plugin on wordpress. Have you checked that?
