I find HTML 5 Better.... There are components which can make HTML5 limitless like CSS3 Javascript and Server Side Scripts like PHP, etc.

I know HTML5 an use it to create some pages , and you can use it in PHP or J2EE or any other web language
but , to now I don't know anything about Flash ;

Flash is a bit oldish and uout dated. HTML5 is easier to manipulate that it. I dunno much difference because I do prefer function coding than designs.

i prever html5, flash on my computer crash so often. and its annoying when i play something my browser suddlenly not responding because of the flash player.
html5 is better than flash. and more stable.

If creting a website and targeting newer browsers, go for HTML5. If you want to cater some old browsers which cannot handle HTML5 go for flash. Both of them have their own pros and cons. But between the two of them i'd go to HTML5. It's going to be a standard sometime in the near future.
