I was wondering if anyone has spare time on their hands to partner up and start a project?

My skills range from managing the webserver, to development of the website, to maintenance and marketing.

If you have a basic idea/model, I would like to help you out as far as I can
I however would preform background task such as layout, ad space, traffic, niche.

Well how I like to work is talk about what we have done in the past and build it from there. I see it as a full 50/50 partnership/profit split if its our idea even if one does more work than the other. As long as both of our hearts are in the project i'm happy.

How can we chat other than the forum? Do you use IM?

loudawg do you have a particular project in mind or are you looking for partners with ideas that they would like help to develop.

I don't think its fair to ask for a partnership then dictate the project, I'm always open to ideas just like the web should be.
