Does anyone have suggestions to find a good logo designer who is also professional and affordable. Tried Fiverr, some of the designers were not of good quality

Well, as they say, "you get what you pay for." If you're looking to only spend $5 bucks then you can't expect professional quality. Keep in mind, the designer only gets four dollars of that as well. There are tools that generate logos (which is probably what the people on Fiverr are using).

Had also spent $50+ for a logo design contest, the logo was not of good quality. It appears to be difficult to get a good logo designer at a reasonable price. When the websites will not make money, it will be difficult to spend much for a logo

I was going to mention the design contest sites, too. I just thought it might be too much money, since you wanted to keep costs down. I would think you'd get at least a few decent ones there, since there is a lot of competition. Sorry it didn't work out for you. Have you considered designing your own? Asking a friend? Paying in Forum Coin for a member here to do it? You could advertise on the member area.

Fiver and People per hour are two good sites both are good but fiver is somehow ahead you spend 5$ and hire a professional logo designer which will complete your work

Try talking to your friends or family can experience some, or look for references on the Internet or in your city.

I would recommend you checking forums.. for example TheBotNet has a marketplace where you can place what work you need done and you're sure going to get responses.. but just so you know if you want proffesional quality you'll have to pay for it

Well, if you google around you'll end up finding a lot of premade logos. I like them a lot (for small business).
