I agree, but the issue not only goes to the women, its actually the community. The community is helpful, but some people really, really want's attention. The problem actually lies in the minor part of the people in the world might do something out of bounds or more than required to get someones attention like what you said. I pity those who are being involved in the back scene, they do a lot of things, configurations and background work which is very crucial for something's success ( That's the reason people read credits ). This also happens here in Brazil. It's a shame and it should be punished, but the corruption here is so high that the people can't stand against the big companies and the government.

If it was just for fun, no one one would have objected , however these cruel powerful shameless cowards in India are the greatest frauds in the world who are wasting indian tax payer money to defame experienced webmasters and promote call girls and cheaters who are getting a government salary for cheating and lies,. There are many factors we can't say a specific one. One person may attract the traffic, one person may be fan of that person or he may be cunning and wanted to grab the news from all over, and many more
