Since I develop some sites (some examples you can see in the signature), I've been thinking and start selling them at a fiver or maybe even here.

For this reason, I am interested in your opinion on what you would rather buy - an entire website or a wordpress plugin.

If you buy an entire website, making changes can be easy and difficult, depending on what you want to make. Also, if you want to do it yourself, you need to know at least a little bit about coding - HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP.
The advantage is that you don't have various plugins that can slow down your site.

If you buy a wordpress plugin or some script that integrates with Wordpress (it is not on the plugin list, e.g. a template), it is much easier to make changes, add functionality. It is not necessary to have almost any programming knowledge, but various add-ons can slow down the page, create a security flaw.

What would you rather buy?

I rather build from scratch because that website I purchase may have some baggage with controversies, Like buying a ptc that didn't pay members or an online store that got multiple DDOS attacks.

Those things don't have to be realted to script, it can be domain with bad reputation and somebody had revenge with DDOS.
Did you ever sell some script? What did user want - compatibility with Wordpress or not?

I never sold a site but I have a site, I don't think I am allowed to share it here though. I pay two people to write articles for me. I use wordpress.

I think wordpress is enough for NPO website.

True you need domain and Wordpress. You can upload images using Media in Wordpress but still for upload files on server you need FTP client or plugin.

Non profit organization, it is NGO/VO.
This organisation is managed by differently able and works for differently abled.

It is just your or site editors choice what you will use. What is more simple for you, choose that. If you don't have much experience I would suggest Wordpress plugin. But you still need to know map structure on server.

Hmm, this means I first have to learn about it. Ok, so first I will learn and then website will be created. Just one question - Can a website be run on just domain if one is using blogspot? or that too need some extra?

Yes it can. You need to connect blogspot with domain. It is is great tool for beginner things. You can use blogger interface to add files.
My question was mention to little more advanced users who upload different scripts which can affect to site functionality.

Thanks for this, blogspot is from google, it will provide 15 GB data if we use another email and there are chance to get Google adsense approved plus easy use of youtube videos.

You mean on reputation, like legit or scam? You must do that. Reputation is hard to remove. Site can be banned from social networks and it is not easy job let it back on white list.

A website will work for me. Since a website is fully developed with some content, I will buy it as opposed to a plugimn which I may not even know how it works. Oh yea, a website is what I wuill buy.
