Alot of web hosts nowadays offers LetsEncrypt SSL certificates. These are free, automatically generated every 3 months and accepted by major browsers. It is what we use here at FC. Our webhost is HawkHost however like I said, many hosts are now offering LetsEncrypt aswell.

Buy any hosts and connect with Cloudflare. I am doing the same. Cloudflare has so many other interesting features. You should try Cloudflare once. It's pretty user friendly.
