As the title says all, I am trying to find the best Hosting.

First I thought to make on wordpress or blogspot or Wix and then buy domain, but I couldn't understand its way.
I would like to know more, better if I get answer from website owners or those who have experience with website building/hoasting.

Since you are thinking about non profit website, you need to keep your expenses low, I suggest you buy a domain and map the domain to blogger.

I do not know of any such website, but I have tested this in the past. My mapping a domain to blogger what you are actually doing is using a custom domain for your blogger blog. Your blog will be hosted on blogger platform but you will have your own domain instead of blogspot subdomain.

Yes, blogger logo will appear when someone checks your site. Everyone will know your website is hosted on blogger platform.
