Advertising your site to a ptc to get traffic is not worth it. The traffic you will get is just 3 seconds only a zero point decimal of viewers will bother reading your website. Alexa rankings cannot count the views you got neither. It is a waste of money to spend it for people who will not read your content at all. It is not worth the time and energy at all. They have no difference with those services that promises Twitch streamers that it will give them follows because the follows they got won't watch their streams alone. Nothing beats organic traffic..

And in a way the people paying for traffic called that down on themselves. You said earlier, "nothing beats organic traffic" and many will agree. You are more likely to get conversions from this group than those you randomly paid to visit. The people who found your site/content by simply doing a search are looking for something.

Viewing it from the standpoint of those getting paid to do something, I hardly see why they would do more. You paid for a click so that's what you got. The people who took money from you to click your stuff are likely looking for that - money. Would you really expect them to spend quality time on your site or is it reasonable to believe they just can't wait for the timer to run off so they can click the next one?

Investing in SEO seems to be the more beneficial option in the long run. That now, could very well be money well spent.

If you want to build referrals for an earning site, you might be able to get some referrals from PTC site because the users on PTC sites are always looking for the sites where they can make quick money without doing hard work. However, if you are advertising your website for traffic, PTC is just a waste of time. If you use adsense, advertising on PTC might even get you banned from adsense.

I never got a referral from a ptc, I got a lot of referral from forum coin at the forum ads lotto section. They never commited though but yeah I got a lot of referrals there.

I have used forum coin to build subscribers on my youtube channel. I think FC is good site to build referrals, but the problem with most FC users is they are just looking to earn rewards from the tasks, they do not care about the site they join.

Which I do, I advertise of pages with high traffic to get new members. I also advertise on news sites so people who goes there sees my ads

For a lot of people who start working online without any skills and knowledge. PTC sites are a great attraction, mostly in the developing world, where the value of USD is higher.

The traffic they provide is also not unique. A single member can encounter your site 10 times in one day, hence not unique traffic.

I think it is worth (maybe) only another PTC site. Since there is already audience interested in it, maybe you get some traffic.
