Our organization is going to create a Wikipedia page, should we create ourselves, or hire someone / take volunteer service to create a page?
What do you think is better choice?

Hiring someone would be a better idea if you can afford to. Doing everything on our own sometimes overwhelms us and the result might not be at par with the expectations. A professional help is always good as they perform under an obligation to deliver good results as they are paid for it. Volunteer services are also good, but then I feel that a non paid service is not reliable and sustainable. You can not hold anyone responsible there and the focus might not be there.

If your company has talented person good at writing articles, you can just create yourself. Otherwise pay for the service

For code and technical stuff hire programer. For content write it by yourself but SEO stuff hire profesional.

Is it a Wikipedia page or a Wiki page? In case of Wikipedia, one of the suggestions above for hiring another specialized agency or person looks more useful.

Thank you for your suggestions, but our organization in NPO, it works for disability affairs, not a business entity. (Sorry, I forgot to mention it).

Did you wrote Wikipedia page about yourself or your business?
I have supporters in good command over English, they can edit my writing, but how to publish?
Won't wikipedia delete it?

Don't pay for a random writer, pay for wikipedia editor to create a post about your company. I think you will find this link useful.

It works for persons with disabilities, most of the members are person with disabilities themselves.

Anyone can create a page on Wikipedia and amend it by creating an account. You can even correct information on existing pages if you have knowledge on that topic or if some information is missing on that page.

Creating and amending is different.
And I read in Wikipedia (and information elsewhere) self created articles are not much welcome there.

Just because you are not for profit organization does not mean your page will be accepted by wikipedia. Your organization needs to be popular. Wikipedia articles are always linked to other sites for reference, If you cannot provide reference, your page will be removed.
