I want to make image video, yes I want to make image as video, like news. But how to add voice (audio) to them?
There are apps that convert photos into videos, merge them too. But this will not make any audio in them. I can also put subtitles which have been discussed here .
How to add audio to video?

I just checked, there are many apps named Filmora, how to know which app you hinted? And how it works?

I posted the link to the app it seems it was removed. There was nothing affiliate about the link it was plain old link. maybe you may need to ask me in another forum or site as my comments are getting removed it seems or being watched for every single word.

Absolutely yes (at least for Android), there is an app in the Google Play Store. I'm not sure about iPhones.
