Digital bank Accounts

Postby JASPREET » 23 May 2022, 08:09

Lately, most of the banks have started to open Digital bank accounts which save time for the users, and since most like to pay through debit cards and other online modes they can complete the formalities online and they even complete the KYC online and send all the other documents if demanded by the customer by post.

Have you ever opened a Bank account online?

This has been on in my country for years now and I just like the idea that you don't need to queue up again in the bank. Just do everything online and you are almost done. It is really convenience now

But you cannot open bank account without visiting the bank personally and clearing everything. So first you have to visit, then use online banking.

This is as per the Instructions of Reserve or Central Bank of India and they complete all the verification online and ask you to submit Aadhaar and Pan card

Not everything is done online, they are not interested to make Work From Home more comfortable, but there are many features which work online.

I have recently created the bank account with the DBS bank and later gave up because there does not seem to be the point for making money off such interest rate for saved.

Saving Interest rates are low for every banks and only a few are offering 4% or so but some of these provide very good service and I feel both HDFC and ICICI are the best in customer service

You cannot make HDFC or ICIC bank account without visiting their branch, there is no bank which works that way.
Kotak Mahindra claims to be, but our organisation members give bad rating to it.

Paytm seems to be the best digital account and you don't even have to argue with bank employees and worry a lot. Online banking is the future. it's time to destroy those bank jobs in real life slowly.

Employment should not be destroyed, but everything will change as technology progress.

I prefer online banking too and majority of the bank employees does not care for their customers and they are mostly from nationalized banks.

Not all are like that, we cannot blame everyone who is sitting on a position, lazy and rude are due to political ways and misuse.

Sorry boss. SBI, IDBI employees making me wait for doing things like 2 hours in a line and doing task that is one button away and while acting rude? this is 2022. I don't have to tolerate such people. Bank needs automation and AI to ditch the humans from banks. BSNL did worst to the people and even to date it does and I am glad private sector is taking over.

I have opened three bank accounts and they issue me ATM cards. That means I could withdraw money from any accredited ATM facilities.

When online banking is introduced I enroll to their respective online sites. With that system, I could make payment for my online purchases or for my utilities bill and send money or buy load for my phone.

Online banking makes life easier provided you should be extra careful for scammers who are lurking somewhere catching their victims unaware.

These days people don't like to waste time and certainly don't like to wait in queue so this digital account opening system is better.

It saves time and is more beneficial as users can get things done just by staying at home and even KYC becomes easier
