For those bloggers who design their own website or the blog. Do you make use of the Bootstrap CSS? Like is there any blog that you edited or designed from scratch makes use of it?

Bootstrap is great for beginners but it does make every single site look very familiar. It would take a lot of work to make a Bootstrap site look very unique and special.

Yes you need the custom CSS for changing it from looking like typical site. I guess there are themes and the palette for this type of stuff.

Yeah, there are some decent themes online that can help make your site look a lot more unique. Starting from scratch would require a lot of work to make the site look like a non-Bootstrap site

Yes I suppose there must be some frameworks with different palenttes and built in templates which can change things.
