On wordpress website I am making use of the jetpack security settings. This allows me to block the sign in DDOS attempts. And the content and the overall stuff gets filtered. Seems like for the free usage it has some really good features as well.

No, I don't use this, I have used Norton, Mcfee, Kaspersky, Avast, Avira and some others.
