Do you have an email for people to contact you on your page? Or do you use a Contact Us type of thing?

I run a Christian forum and we never used an email but have had a Contact Us. We found that spammers enjoyed spamming it so we had to remove it. Now we have a thread on the forum telling people to message us on Facebook if they have an issue.

I have a blog but I never put my email there, if people want contact me they can do it through the comments or leaving a message in the blog. All the comments need to be approved by me before they go online.

When I had a Contact Us on my websites I did have spammers. I share my public social media links now and people can contact me that way.

Contact us form for any of my sites. Publically listing your email address is probably a very bad idea because it's probably going to get scraped and added to a lot of email lists that are then sold to spammers

I try to hide my email with most of the forums because the spam is getting very strong lately. and that means it can be dangerous otherwise.

Some webmasters avoid contact forms since those are often target for bot attack.

I don't put my email address on my blog. Those willing to contact me can leave their contacts at the comments section and go back to the later

I have created a different email for the blog and forum. And it seems like a good option in that context for handling the emails too.
