If you have staff for your forum, do they login daily? Do you have it in your staff protocol guide that they should be active?

On the Christian forum I run, we ask that staff login daily but we know real life gets in the way. I'd love for them to start more threads, but it's hard to enforce.

They should try to log in daily and moderate the website and that will be perfect but what is your Christian forum?

It's a must for your staff to login everyday if you hire them if you have a paying forum. I know they're assigned to moderate your forum. If there are ads running, there should be everyday visits by users for interactions to various issues or topics posted by fellow users.

But if your staff is not paid, you cannot force them. As an admintcreator you should do it for yourself or else your forum will be inactive and users will naturally leave it.

I don't have staff, but in Trendri, I login daily and do moderating.

There are many times we need the help of admin or the staff in case we are facing any issues so it does help a great deal when we take help from them

I don't have any guidelines or rules for my staff but I would love for them to be as active as they can. I have a great moderator at my forum and they do log in almost every day. Very happy to have him at DH

They dont because they have lives. I just compromise on the situation.

If you wan your staff or members to login daily, you have to set a rule or benefit that attracts them. Example if do not comply in 7 days, account close or login in daily get points
