I have this blog in English but my native is in different language and here in India we have around 29 languages, each for it's respective state. So I want to know if I can use plugin on WordPress to convert or translate.

Any ideas or suggestion for the multi language for the WordPress blog?

One some blogs I've been on, there is a translate option at the top already. I wonder if they have that plug in? I just assumed it was part of the existing program. It's a nice thing to have if you like those blogs and I know it's been useful to me to read things in English when the other language for me is really tough to understand.

Go ahead woth the plugin that will help with the translation. This way you would be getting more traffic to your site as more people would be able to read your site

There should be a few plugins that allow you to add a feature that gives users the chance to change the language of the site. Unfortunately, some of them may be manual and will require you to manually translate content everywhere
