Is there a secret number or required frequency of posting on your site to keep it current? In your own experience how often do you create contents to keep your site current? What do you do in case you have nothing left to write about or you got no inspiration ?

Are you referring to blogging? Keeping it current is having new and interesting posts. You should always have a channel to contact your followers. Like the RSS feed, and other social media websites. Frequency plus the quality will get through it.

I am awful at keeping my content fresh on my blog! I have started trying to more frequently though. Like yesterday I made a really long post an update post. I hope that I could try even doing a post weekly to keep people viewing the blog off and on but I guess we shall see. I end up doing so many other things online that it becomes easy to neglect my blog.

It depands on topic of you site, however 1-2 posts per day should be fine ( if you have enough viewers)

It depends on the type of blog your are running! I used to run a fan blog and I posted short articles, pictures, and videos every day. However, if you write longer articles, once a week is fine.

That´s what I said as well. Nobody would probably check the website 3 or more times per day for new a content so 1-2 should be fine.

It depends on how many blogs or websites you have and the nature of the websites. If the websites are news or current affairs related, they should be updated more often. If they have evergreen content which remains relevant after many years, they need not be updated very regularly . Some websites are updated 15+ times a month, while others will be updated a few times a year. If you have less than 5 websites they can be updated daily.

I still do not have a website, but I'm making a plan to have a website or a blog. I have read a lot about it, but what I know is the experience of others ... what I have read is that it is very important to have the site with new content and updating it, preferably daily. However, if there is no inspiration to write more worth the wait because put bad content is worse than having no new content ...

It depends of your topic. But I think 2-3 times per day it's ok.

It depends on my mood lol! If i am interested to write, I create awesome content. Otherwise, days and months pass away with the same old content on my blog.
