Maybe it would help if you defined what you mean by in-text ads and what ads are standard?

I just set auto ads on one of my Adsense sites. Standard ads give higher CPC than text ads. This is what I feel.

I would go for standard ads. I just simply prefer them to the intent ads

A little description about the two would have helped people like me who are clueless about all this. Seems like it is something to do with Google Adsense accounts and the options of choosing ads for your site. A little bit of explanation would be better for beginners like me.

I don't run AdSense on any of my pages, so people who visit are not distracted from what I want them to see and that lets me make more commissions from my primary agnda.

I do not like in-text ads. I have used infolinks and the ads make the web page very cluttered. I like Google Adsense because they have responsive banner ads.
