Is there a plugin to stop spam emails? If so, is it free or paid? And, can anyone use it? I get a lot of spam emails and got fed up with that.

I don't have a plugin but I use outlook which has the option for setting all spam mail to get blocked. I only get mail from companies I recognize

Read few emails and check is there unsubscribe button. Mostly is at end of email. Click it and do unsubscribe.
