What do you do specifically to grow your website or forum these days?

As a forum owner myself, I am always looking for fun ways to market it. I love places like ForumCoin, ForumPromotion, Bizdustry, etc...they are great!

Get content, loyal people, and as much contests you can. Regular contests keep content going on. I also think having quality topics helps. Politics keep people divided and doesn't earn much adsense. But trendy topics which are not religious and not political have a good impact.

I think one should work out providing quality content especially regarding online money making content that mostly people would like to discuss about.

Try review sites like Trustpilot or Sitejabber. I also had link where you could find worldwide forums from all niche. If I find it, I will let you know.

In my opinion, a particular forum site can be interesting if the members are active and working on it. It provides equal opportunity and is not infested with scammers.

I failed with running a forum. However, I am running a blog for almost 3 years and I have managed to earn revenue form my blog. The ket to becoming successful is getting organic traffic.
