Sure there is, but the seller is looking for a profit too. If you spend some time on research you can build your own blog very close to free. In fact, it might be worthwhile to start a completely free one on a throw away topic with Blogger or Wordpress.com to see how well you can adapt.

It's possible. I have often heard that websites are for sale. I have no personal experience with that. But then a well made and established website will not sell for pennies. The seller would definitely keep profit margin.

You can buy monetized websites life affiliate stores, dropshipping stores, print on demand stores, etc. However, since adsense and other ad networks are non-transferable, you cannot buy sites monetized with adsense.

Where did you buy a site? On Flippa? I have never considered buying site, but I once solkd a site, but it was a loss.
