As far as I am concerned when choosing a domain name for a new website you will have these options: a.com, .net, .org, among other domain ending names.
So which one can it be suitable for a business website?

Domain extension does not matter, what matters is your second level domain. Search engines tracks website based on second level domains. Make sure to give your website a search able name.
