would you ask your members to click ads ?

Postby mou3ad15 » 18 Jun 2015, 00:51

good evening guys,
I have a question that always run on my head, I was planning once to open a small forum with ads, and I offer my members some rewards + I'll ask them daily to click the ads once and I'll give them small rewards for that,
what do you think about that ?
would you do it?

With Adsense, I would not risk it. However, with a different, less strict ad program, you might be able to pull it off. However, with those other random ad programs, you probably won't even earn much per click.

Try to say that in way: Support our forum with clicking on ads and you may get reward. It should help and it is not that straight as Click on ads for rewards

I think it´s "secret information", however it´s based on origin of the guy that clicked on ad. Approx. the rate is around 0,00x

If you are using AdSense, it is definitely a bad idea if you value your AdSense account. Google can spot unusual click-through rates immediately. Even if you ask privately, they can tell just from the pattern.

This certainly is not with Adsense results. But it would be a good idea, as there are many more companies adverts

And have you thought what kind of issues would be addressed in the forum? Or forum would be only for the ads? If you are really moving forward with the idea, do a plan first ... it seems interesting, but you must choose the right people to participate ...

No. Don't ever ask for someone to click ads on your site for you. Especially when the ads are google ads. They have some really complex ways of finding out if you have been asking people to click. Based on how long people spend on the site, how often people click on ads, odd patterns, etc.

If they see anything even the slightest suspicious your rates for earning will be lowered drastically. (From experience).

I agree with Fish.

And you wouldn't want to be in bad terms with the most used search engine :D

Right? Ticking off Google is never a good idea.

Of course this is frowned upon. You don't really think you're the first person who ever thought up this idea, do you? ;) Google is onto this. I've even heard that they can tell when you pay for views, much less clicks, by the behavior of the visitors. I wouldn't do it. It's best to keep things above board anyway.

I meant that the idea is to create a forum like this , Paid to post forum, so basicly users get paid to post, but they get extra points for clicking ads, the plan is to choose about 20% from the active members daily and ask them to click 1 click, and gives them 2 times the value of post, like that you'll reward the users and get more clicks for your self

If you read the other posts, you'll see that it really isn't such a good idea. Google frowns on this kind of behavior. You will get penalized and possibly even banned. Google doesn't like it when people try to work them.
