WhatsApp has made great progress and innovation, but I hope that the businesses in WhatsApp that can be searched directly will be legitimate businesses without scammers, because WhatsApp is also used by people who are relatively old in my country, and it will be very easy for scammers to scam old people.
Actually, in my opinion, WhatsApp would be more suitable if it were used only as a platform for exchanging messages and telephone calls. But maybe for them, this is an innovation on the platform, and I still can't imagine what the gains and losses will be if WhatsApp is given this innovation, so let's just wait.
It would be better if the business that is going to be registered on WhatsApp had to really be verified first, because now it is very easy for scammers to scam people who use WhatsApp, and that would be very dangerous.
