Which one in your opinion is the greatest programming language and beneficial for helping someone who is just starting out in the field of programming or coding?

My first suggestion would be HyperText Markup Language, because there is plenty of free help at W3Schools and you get instant feedback to see if your code works.

Since age is no longer creeping up on me, but rushing in like an NFL ball carrier on 4th down from the 1 yard line. it's very simple.

I agree with oldbuddy.

Even it don't have all structure as other programing languages (this is reason why some don't call it programing language), HTML will learn you how basic structure of every programing language work. Parent - child relation, line by line execute, error detection, typing structure like open/close quotation marks and brackets.

I think most people start with HTML and CSS, and then gradually go into JavaScript, Python, and C, C+

I would go for the HTML (hyper Text Mark up Language. It's more convenient to use by both the beginners and the experts.

Technically speaking, HTML is a mark up language. So, though somebody may get to learn a thing or two about programming in it, most of the basic stuff lacks there e.g. variable declaration and assignment, conditionals, looping, compiling, executing. So my suggestion would be to go for Python.
