Do you work on your site alone?

Postby lludawg » 20 Jun 2015, 06:39

Are you the only admin on your site? Or do you have other people helping you out? When I first started my forum, it was small so I could manage it by myself. However, if it keeps growing, I may need to find help!

The most of people here just run small websites or personal blogs, however in big business projects you can ´t work alone. You need someone to help you and someone to talk about it.

I want to create a website. But it is a small one so, i think that i can do it alone. However, when we are talking about big projects, it's imperative to have a team to discuss problems, objectives and split tasks.
You can try to plan from now in which direction you want to make the site grow and what features should have people who will help you. :)

I do not have much technical experience and knowledge and that is what keeps me from getting my feet wet. If I will be able to learn on my own and launch my site I guess that is one big achievement for me. But if I want to make money out of it then the wise move is to either hire someone or partner with those who knows what they are doing.

Probably not hire but simply find partner and share the earnings with him. However not only earnings but work, duties etc as well!

It depends on the site! If its a blog like site, where you post videos, pictures etc, you can work on your own with no problems, no matter if you have 1 visitor or 1million per day. In the other hand, if you have one site that has some sort of interaction with your readers/visitors, you will slowly starting to need some help managing all of them because there will be always people with bad intentions/spammers.

Like bluegreen said, it depends. If you want to start a little geek talk site you can do it by yourself, if you want to start a community you'll need some help. That's my suggestion, but it all depends on what you want.

I currently have only one site left and I manage it on my own. You can hire me as an admin(any salary will do, its your choice) ;) I can do the social media marketing, I can be an admin or moderator.. I can also add posts.. or even add a faucet to your forum 8-)

I managed forums with other owners.

But now I prefer to run/manage forums and websites alone.

Well its just a blog on blogger so yes. I am the only one up keeping it and posting content. There is nobody else I know who could help me so I did it alone and I am fine with that.

At present work on the websites alone. Earlier i had hired many greedy well connected people they turned out to be great scammers and falsely claimed that a fraud relative who does not even connect to the internet was paying them, so that these the mediocre fraud and these scammers could get a government job allegedly in R&AW India's external intelligence agency though their knowledge of the internet remains very limited.
Tried to hire a young woman in goa , siddhi mandrekar however she commited corporate espionage on the second day and steals data daily using the hidden wifi network, she also has allegedly got a job in R&AW as reward for her fraud. All these lazy greedy well connected frauds are allegedly supported by google, tata, paypal and other companies, they get a salary and pension from the indian government, falsely claiming that they own my websites when actually there is no connection at all. Due to high levels of corporate espionage difficult to find a honest and hardworking person in India,However large companies are tampering with the websites daily falsely claiming they own the websites without spending any money
