Personally, if I can't pay for whatever I want to buy at the time I buy it, I assume I can not afford it and wait until I can.

In my place, Cash on Delivery is available but I am not sure any local online stores offers buy now and pay later services

Flipkart and a few more sites and Apps have activated such offers.
However, they are first offered to Credit worthy individuals.
If the Credit score is below certain value, then it is not offered.
Yet I think one needs to be careful before going for such an offer because one can over spend with such an option.

I do not really prefer the pay now and buy later mode, because its just like a debt on me , I won't feel comfortable using a products that I haven't fully paid for.

Yes there could be an increased risk of Debt build up if we are not careful enough.

Buy now and pay later has really helped so many people especially the less privilege ones to afford items to meet their needs and also they are comfortable with the payment schedule especially when they re salary earners
