The only time this happened, was with a website I was no longer activly using. I bought it as an article site, but it never caught hold. The good part was it was a 4 letter .com name (very desirable at that time) and a stranger came out of the blue and offered me $1,500 for the rights to it. That was more than enough reason for me to sell it.

$1500 is a huge amount of money and that is quite impressive. I also have no intentions of going into domain flipping.

Major things can happen to a person and he or she doesn't have the time to maintain and manage a site any longer. Example a demanding job.

I'll wait till someone give handsome money for my website, then I will sell it, before offering it for sale I will weight it's per month income, if it will good then I won't sell it.
