For me I would consider so many factors before I can join earning websites. Some of them are The recent payment proofs from the website, the website should have the lowest withdrawal threshold of at most $5.
The website should be paying through PayPal.

Before joining a site one thing i always look out for is if i can actually do the task. Once i am sure its a legit site that would actually pay, i we go through what i need to do if it is something i can cope with. Then next would be if i can make use of their payment methods.
