The biggest reason is you can overcome all those downsides for $1 a month and if you can't make one that pays you that much, you shouldn't be making one in the first place.

some free hosting are reliable like my forum am using free hosting with board host they are good and I never had any issues with them but soon am planning to host the website

That depends on the purpose you have for having a website online. Many times the visitor never sees your domain name, so it could be anything as long as they see your message. In those cases, being free is a good idea.

I would never do free web hosting but having a cheap $1.00 hosting is good as long as you get your point across

I have never fancied the idea of free hosting. The limitations are just too much.
