Do you have someone to look after your website in your absence or to assist you in day to day operations? What key responsibilities you have given to your website manager when it comes to overseeing your website's day-to-day operations and performance?
Maybe later when my website grow. I can't afford paying anybody so I must run everything by my self. Maybe I will try find partner and not worker to help with this task.
A manager for a website is not out of place. He can be assigned to do content management and do routine activities like daily backups and patch fixing.
