Maybe ad more content on site, some menu, TOS. At first it looks empty.
Ahref backlink checker show site have 0 domain rating. Maybe content would help it.

I don't know where the traffic to 1Advert comes from. I have checked in Google and seen not to see the site indexed. May be it is in other pages but not on the first. Also the report above shows 0 back links which means less people know about it. You can consider promoting the site outside FC and see if the rate improves. For now marketing and advertising the site looks to be the way.

True, it needs other users besides us from ForumCoin to also access the site and bid their links. That way will help them join FC as well in order to be refunded later.
