I'm creating an website in wordpress. I don't know programming so I downloaded a free theme. That theme is in english, but my site will be in portuguese:
Does anyone know how to translate certain thins thar ate in english in that theme? There is a software that can do that for us?

No software bro , just Manual translate

Its really hard to find a software that will do the work.You may find a software but it will be expensive.

I'd recommend you to do manual translation via Google Translate and other translate websites.However not all things translated on Google Translate are correct so check more translations that aren't Google Translate based.

i actually use a cracked theme , i had so mutch time to work cause a lot of themes didnt work on my blog..

Google translate is your only solution I think, unless I found a guy who knows both english and portugal languages.

Are we talking about codes inside the theme here? That's a pretty tough job because I usually see themes for wordpress and they're normally written in English.(maybe because developers are English-spreakers as well). Do you have some friends who can actually read those for you? Because I doubt that there are software(s) that can do that.

I am sorry to tell you but seriously there's no software to translate theme. You have to go into code and translate everything manually and carefully to not delete something important.

do not need programs friend, it's just you get a person to translate their text and you get a good translator program, the rest of the html language need not be translated

Actually there are a program (Poedit)... unfortunately my theme doesn't have a language file. But that's ok... I'm studying and I can do it myself manually. I already translated almost all that I need... and working with the code I'm learning some programming things too. It is very interesting...

Yes, but it is not the translation itself that is difficult (that's just going from English to Portuguese), but finding the source text to translate.
As my subject has no language file, I'll do it manually. But after all is not that hard to find the text to be translated in the code ...

you need to edit that manually, and change the english text with your own language text.
and if that text is an image you need to replace that with your own image

there is no such thing available, but you can do translation of each line and make it with the help of google translator. All the best.
