that's right namecheap accepts bitcoins, but it won't refund your money in your bitcoin wallet if you want to cancel your hosting and take a refund.

You can't just decline your hosting...You pay the hosting for prefered months and thats it..If you decide to stop using the hosting your money are already spent..
