Choose the one you feel most comfortable writing with. I suggest writing a small app in each (and look at non-PHP frameworks like Flask or Rails) and seeing which one jives with your working style.

CakePhp. I do think CodeIgniter can't update anymore or is already dead. A couple of years ago i was learning CodeIgniter and was pretty much easy. After that project, it was already CakePhp and I was having a hard time understanding it first. But while i was studying it more i find it more useable an has a much more functionality to use.

Semantic UI is the most important program

As i can see on the semantic ui site. It's as the same as bootstrap a front-end-framework and i'm also using bootstrap.

CodeIgniter is now acquired by BCIT, and is now more active than ever. You can give another try

I agree with you. Bootstrap also has a very very large community and their documentation is very easy to understand.

I am only using cakephp, havent used CI though,.. I might give a try soon and i could give you feedback.

choose the program that is suitable with yours and you will make your choise ... because every one is different from using programs

thanks for your answers, i will choose what is suitable for me. i can study also CI if i have free time.
