Actually I haven't found any hosting that's bad. They are all good, at least those I used.

yeah this one make them worst i think, i encountered this type of services before, they made me wait for 5days before my site back on live, they just said they upgrading or something and wait after 24hrs.

it depands on how mch you're paying really , you can't expect great quality for one dollar a year
