Cannot delete some php malware files for a particular website with a shared webhosting account, using a FTP client. What could be the reason for the same. Additionally only the php files in the webhosting account have got malware injected in them. How did the hacker accomplish this? did you try to contact the admin of the hosting site?

i had this problem the last days , i found in the end the mallware it was in my heather section on my theme

Removing a malware in your PC is a bit though. Removing a malware on a webhosting server is totally different. It's better to contact support. Your webhosting server could also track those culprits for you. Correct me if i'm wrong, but as far as i know all webhosting servers is all keeping logs whether accessing through http or through ssh or any other methods.
