Cannot access websites for a specific webhosting account using a particular ISP.Most other uptime checkers like Host tracker are showing that the website can be accessed. The traceroute results are posted at http://ele.in/traceroute.html . For 7-8 other webhosting accounts, not facing any problem at all for the same ISP. What could be the possible reason why websites for the webhosting account cannot be accessed?

Maybe it contains something that your ISP doesn't allow? Is everything OK on that website ?

There is no problem with the website, it only has advertising and some content. Everyone else in the country(other states) and elsewhere can access the website.

Did you try with different browsers? If you did and still the website doesn't open then you could contact the ISP and see whats happening..

I also encountered this problem. A co-worker has said it's the web hosting's part where they don't accept specific IP addresses.

It sounds like your IP or your ISP's IP range(s) have been blocked from their network for one reason or another or there is an issue

you need to change your ISP,because sometimes there is a site when you visit its a blank because of the IP

The matter was resolved after complaining to the ISP, it was a problem with the local ISP in the area who was blocking the the IP address

It is highly possible that your ISP is blocking that webhost because some isp just loves to block some ranges of IPs.
