Are you still relevant few years from now?

Postby blair » 22 Jul 2015, 09:13

It is not easy deciding on what niche to pursue, aside from your interest and expertise on the subject you should also consider if your chosen topic will be relevant in the coming years. Have you guys thought about that before you put up your own sites or forum/s? You think it is necessary to consider this matter?

What a deep insight, I should think that way too. Oh, maybe I should think that way, however, I am doing some trending topics. I also include inspiring photos and online earnings because it is what the people would like to know.

The internet is a constantly changing space. What interests people today, tomorrow can not applicable. So it is very important to be attentive and always examine your work to acceptance by the other. Without this monitoring exercise the website / forum will end up dying. ;)

I actually think my blog will be more and more relevant in the future. As more people decide to help take better care of the planet, I think they'll be looking for painless ways to do it. I think the act of upcycling is well on its way, even if the term upcycling isn't as widely used yet. It will be.

Yepp me too, when I select something, I'm thinking for upcoming years too, not just for the moment of selection.

I'm not so sure. There are certain topics that I'm sure will always be viable, such as health and money. These are two things people will always look up, and there are others as well.

I think it's important to work with both trending topics and long term ones.

Of course, if you are looking to build a stable online income, you have to focus on long term. But some trending niches can earn you in a single week what would take you three or four months to achieve. This is a huge boost to your earnings and it would be a shame not to take advantage from it.

Do not rely on trending topics tho, it's way too risky.

Cheers.

At the moment I am focusing on as fast money as possible. Long term income is good as well, but with saved money you can do it much more easier.

Since my direction now is online earnings, I guess I would still be relevant until my old age. As long as my mind is functioning, I can post and share my knowledge in blogs, forums and other online venues. And if I get paid for that sharing then that would be good for the site and me.

I am very sure I will still be relevant. Since learning never end, I also keep trying out new things as they come in simply because I want to keep relevant. This I have done and it has helped me learn new things.

Mostly topics remain hot as these are nowadays like health and fitness, like how to earn online, how to become rich, global warming. The only change occurs on some topics.

A few years from now I could very well be dead (since I am 85 years old now) so I try to keep a shorter string on my topics and try to generate action today, not in the future.

Working on a New Side-Hustle

Since age is no longer creeping up on me, but rushing in like an NFL ball carrier on 4th down from the 1 yard line. it's very simple.
