I am also looking for the best phpbb themes available. I'm not looking to add a bunch of random free themes that do not look good and have no value, so I want themes that users believed to be good looking, and its something that they would use.

SO, regarding the phpbb forum software, what are the best possible themes out there?
They have to be free themes though! I will only get paid themes if the designer allows the theme to be used as many times as the buyer wants once purchased without having to buy additional licenses.

I am looking for all themes in general! From any niche.
I am almost ready to launch my new Forum Hosting Service : http://www.phpbb.me
However, the only thing I really have left to do is install all the themes and mods for users to choose from.

After which, I can have users request for things to be installed.
