I just recently start to read about meta tags, feedburner and other things so I wanted to learn more about these concepts? I agree, to get audience first you have to create quality content and update regularly, that is unless you blog or website is about informations that wont be outdated in a long time such as coding and tips.

Yeah,tutorials/guides/tips are always searched so that means they never get outdated.I still watch some tutorials from 2010,2007 etc... If his blog/website is not about tutorials then he is going to need to post often..
