It might be easier to run a Windows VM but you would need Xen/KVM visualization which is going to be more expensive. I'm not really sure of the resource use either.
If anyone wants to set something up in the way I described, I could provide a 1/2GB Ram VPS package for this. You would need to report back to the community with what you found (i.e. how to setup, resource use, where you sent the traffic, how much you made etc.). PM me if you have the time to do this.
