in my opinion is WordPress, It's a great platform for beginners and the most popular CMS for blogging

Our office uses Alfresco for content management system that include sharing and collaborating but I'm not sure if this is what you mean.

It really depends on what your trying to build.
Wordpress as indicated by fab is probably the most popular one (for bloggers) and even I use it, but I think your question needs a little more substance before we can really elaborate on it. :D

I heard a lot about ucoz but havent goten arounf to test it. You might give that one a try if you are interested. Basically you wont make a mistake no mater which one you choose so go right ahead and try one and tell us how did it go.

It really depends on what you are trying to accomplish. If you have data that changes often (even daily) like in a blog, then WordPress is hard to beat. That's why it is so popular.

However, if you have static content that only changes occasionally, I prefer to hard code it and manage the content myself. By eliminating the need for a database, it runs faster and is harder for hackers to interfere with,

therr are some best cms such as wordpress, alfresco and ucoz and i will prefer that wordpress is awesome and beautiful
