make sure your videos are set to public view, add tags on your videos. use witty wording like if you have a cat playing a tuba make the title something like "Alley Cat Plays Jammin" people are more likely to click on a video that sounds interesting. also add tags so using the example above: tags to add could be stuff like:

What kind of videos are you posting? I think if you are creating a video channel then you should have a path on what your videos would be like. There are beauty channels, food channels, etc. You channels will attract more people and subscribers if they are interested in what you are posting.

I don't know but if one was looking for genuine views, I don't consider using anything of those. Yes, it will give your videos massive number of views but since you're monetizing it, I don't think YT will pay for views given by this exchanges. I suggest you to have your videos to be seen by everyone and add more tags to maximize the searches that will help your videos to be noticed.

Make sure you have a great design on your youtube channel then make sure that the content your posting is good.Try to make friends on YouTube.Start collaborating with other YouTubers and you might help each other.I've tested this and it really helps.You should always comment on other videos because other people are going to notice your channel and might subscribe and watch some of your videos.Accept recommendations given to you and start implementing them.
