You should be able to find someone who accepts Skrill. I'd check lowendbox/ lowendtalk. InceptionHosting.com accepts Skrill I believe. They have some excellent deals. I can't "recommend" them as such, having never used their services but they are run by a very reputable Moderator on LET.
You could always wait a couple of days, use your Payza balance to obtain some FC$ and then purchase one of the excellent deals we have when a new node gets setup.
