Where can i find blogs or websites to share or traffic my links on it (i use adyou.me to shrink links and earning from them ) i tried facebook but i was blocked same with twitter please suggest me some good blogs or sites

You have to be creative in posting your blog's link anywhere. Facebook has a policy against promoting links but if you are discreet then you can post it there.

Make some strategy don't spam the link otherwise they ban you..

I have noticed that twitter really blocks link especially if you are posting the same content. You will also get blocked if you are spamming. You should just post a link once everyday.
