How To Improve My Blog's Layout?

Postby iamshane487 » 17 Aug 2015, 02:33

Hello. I don't know how to design my blogsites. Everytime I revisit them, I am disturbed since the styles are common and unprofessional. How can I improve them?

You should look for a minimalist kind of theme. There are a lot of free themes you can use but you can also pay for a premium one. You should also depend the theme on the content of your blog.

You should check sites of your competitors. Go to stumbleupon.com and review some sites there you'll get some layout and design ideas there.

Hmm, there are so many themes to choose from, i.e. if you are on Blogger, I just don't know with Wordpress. But nevertheless, I'm sure you can import themes or layout patterns to make it more interesting. Be conscious with the color combinations.

check out some pre-made layouts depending on the niche of your site. There are tons of free layouts, just google it and download it perhaps. Choose something pleasing to the eyes such as white base or like.

I agree, there are tons of free layouts scattered around the internet, however, you need to have basic knowledge of CSS, Javascript and some other programming languages to assist you in modifying, filling empty image spaces, and customizing its width. If you are using Blogger and you don't have the basic knowledge of programming languages, I suggest you to use the integrated layout customization tool.

Grecy, my blog is in Blogger and my problem is how to go to the next line after posting a pic. But with Wordpress, I think it would be easier. However, my blog is connected to Adsense.
