Hi Friends,

I have downloaded an old Telugu film today the film name is " Allavuddin Adbutha Depam", after downloading it from Tube Mate video downloader. I have find that "Santosh" name on to right side of the movie. The name is appearing on entire movie, I have seen that several branded companies are uploading several movies, can an individual also upload movies if they uploaded what is the benefit to the individual, share your experience about this.

You always earn whenever someone downloads your movie if it is on YouTube.You can also earn through ad-sense with your videos.That is how people earn with uploaded movies.you can also sell them per download like $5 dollars per download.

From what you said, the name/watermark might be hardcoded or hardsubbed into the video file... If so, then sadly, you can't take it away

You could do the same and advertise your site, for instance... But usually People hate this Kind of things!

From what I know, you can only upload a movie LEGALLY if you own the copyright to the movie otherwise you can be committing a crime. The WIPO (World Intellectual Property Office) is clear on that issue - upload only what you own.

whenever you download, owner of the site will get credit. it is bit similar to YouTube. in Youtube when you watch, like or comment the owner of the channel will get $ if his account is monitized.

some people upload movies to share them so others can watch movies they have not seen before for free. the owners of these sites I'm not sure what they are in it for, maybe the ad revenue or they just like sticking it to the big movie corporations.

Do not worry I am not doing a mistake to upload movies with out permission, just for information sake I have asked about the uploading. Now a days most of pictures are freely available in the Youtube or Tube mate video down loaders. Only few movies we have to buy by paying some money to download.

This is also a method of earning online . But yea should not be illegeal. Uploading New movies and earning out it is actually illegal so should be careful with this work.

Many people use sites like torrents to upload movie illegally and earn from downloads. But if you do it the right way, you link your download websites with adsense and earn.

From your words it just seems the guy has used few video editing tools to mix up his words or he should have shot the movie with a camera in which his name is put on as a sticker in reverse (reverse will be seen as normal). Cool is it not. Lets come to the point there are many downloading sites which pays per download but the prices may vary in between them.

i really don't have idea about how we could earn from downloading videos or movies except to Youtube but I think it should be our own.

If people want to wach it then upload it and put the link on your site or if you can add the movie on your site for streaming also you can use youtube. I think youtube is best for that sort of things. Also if you change it, like invert it i think you wont be hit with copyright claim. I think

While that's true, streaming is a legal grey area and downloading those movies is certainly illegal (unless the copyright owner has released the movie for free download). Big uploaders are very likely to be caught. Some governmental and ngo's run honeypots to catch uploaders by taking over video upload tools and sites. It just isn't worth it for the small payout.

I think that it's legal just like in games. I remember there was a debate in p2p downloads before. If you own the game you can upload your game and share it with other people. There are a lot of uploaders such as zshare that used to have lots of movies for you to download but you can't download it via torrent so it's kind of slow.

In terms of branding the upload, some illegal sharers are branding their uploads. I have no idea why they are doing that. I have bought a pirated cd once with a brand as well. I hate it.

Yeah, because of the money involved, people will often upload large files and make out lie it is the movie that you are searching for, and by the time you've clicked it and realize that it is not the movie you were looking for, the person who owns the channel already has your view.

If the person include the channel name instead of their own name than from seeing that name in movie some users may search for that channel and subscribe it. As if you have more subscriber means more views mean more money.
