Hi everyone , these days i'am planing to create a blog about anime ( i post threads about anime and i put the links to download the episodes ) and i'am wondering , is it legal to do this ?? i mean searching for download links in Google and put them in my threads ?? if it's illegal please suggest me some kinds of works , i'll think and choose the best one for me !

I don't think its illegal if you are not sharing the copy righted materials on your blog or website, anime is very popular and there are many people who has interest to anime so your idea is good

Why don't you do the blog about animes and don't put the download links? There are so much to say about animes

So is there any fix for this problem ? (copyrights problem) if that's not possible i want to know some suggestions of types of blogs and what i'll do with each type , Thank you for helping

if you recive cease and desist mail then stop until then pretend like it is legal and if you encounter eny problems just say "i didnt know it was illegal, i wont do it anymore" and you will be fine

It is legal when you don't steal contents from the other websites, so make sure that your articles are original.

What you mean with other websites's contents ?? do you mean Links,pictures,designs and links or you mean i need to edit on it myself and put it in my blog ?? please explain more !

Stream linking is a very legal grey area. I just would not go there... You probably won't earn that much anyway because you will be forced to use the lower quality ad networks. I'm sure there are other things you could blog about in the anime sphere...

if you post anime download link that must be your own property, why you should copy others link ? You may capture it then put download link and its legal. But you saying that's illegal according to adsense terms & conditions

If you don't have the copyright permission for those episodes you are committing a crime. It is illegal to upload movies without having the proper permission from the owner. Instead of uploading movies why you could make reviews of them, leep people informed of the latest releases for instance.

you can do your blog about anime but don't put links to download episodes, you can link to another persons site that has the episodes and put a disclaimer that this site has the episodes. I don't think you would be held responsible for pointing to illegal activity if you aren't participating in it. selling bootleg movies is one thing but saying that guy is selling bootleg movies is another if you get no gain from it.

That is a good idea.These days people are into anime and you will definitely have a lot of traffic to your blog.Make sure you do not take them without permission as they can sue you to google.Try anime free sites if they allow downloading the way YouTube allows one to download videos for free.

Anyway it is a great idea.

That's will be great, if a blog has combination of good anime episodes but one thing you should keep in your mind that it will slow your blog and can also decrease your rank on google

Thanx friend , actually i'am about to start a blog about stories all types of stories ! i tried it (empty one ) without any posts and i get 100 visit per day i don't know this is a good record or no but i'll try till i find the best for me

Actually it depends. If you are sending links that goes to a download page, it is legal and illegal depending on the anime.

If you are sending links to stream sites or sites where you can download animes, it is legal.
